Stacy Hogan is the Owner, Designer, and Seamstress behind Built by Stacy (BBS Clothier)—a plus-size-centered fashion brand committed to bold design, wearable trends, and size inclusivity. Her motto, "Designed with You in Mind," captures her mission: to empower every curve through intentional cuts, luxurious fabrics, and transformative fashion moments.

A Southern-born Wisconsin native, Stacy learned to sew at just eight years old from her mother. That early love for textiles evolved into a passion for design and body-positive fashion that challenges the norm. Since launching the Built label in December 2013, Stacy has developed over 10 ready-to-wear and couture collections, each one a reflection of her fearless creativity and thoughtful construction.

Her designs have hit runways across the nation—New York Fashion Week, LA Fashion Week, Africa Fashion for Peace, Essence Music Festival, Pitch Black Fashion Week (ATL), Foster Beauty Fashion Week (VA), and District of Curves (D.C.)—and have been seen on America’s Got Talent and in fashion publications like iMirage, Style Cruz, Malvie, Vigour, and Fashion Hive Magazine.
